What a year. We’re having a great time with this blog, and I think we’ve got something pretty cool to show for it. In 2013, we reviewed 91 whiskies (scotches, bourbons, irish, new makes, etc), 21 beers, 12 BattleScotch!, as well as 3 guest reviews and a number of other articles. We’ve made friends with a few distillers online and I got to tour Stillwater’s facilities in Vaughan. And tonight we’ll drink a bunch of whisky and celebrate all the fun stuff we’ve got planned for 2014.
In the meantime, we thought we’d bring you the iScotch Regulars’ Picks for The Best of 2013. I’ve linked everyone’s picks to our reviews, so you can get a little more information, and we’ve broken it down into useful categories as well to help you narrow down what you’re looking for. Some of the actual reviews here are from 2012, but we didn’t do much that year, and all of these whiskies were tasted or retasted this year!
