This one has been on the list for a while, good grab on Dan’s part.
Connemara‘s claim to fame is being the only peated single malt irish whiskey, which sounds pretty unverifiable from this side of the Atlantic. Still a good pitch. If you read the site you realize that it’s a blend of young and older whiskies of the same malt, distilled in irish pot stills.
