Last of the wee Bowmores.  For reference, 50ml is enough for two tasters or one actual drink. Keep that in mind if you’re thinking of buying the Bowmore Collection – it’s only worth it for the number of different bottles to try.

simon – dill, earth
ryan – vanilla powder, marzipan, nutty, creamy

neat
simon – sweetness but burn also. oak, smoke
ryan – hard to pick flavours out of burn

splash
simon – still oak and peat, less burn
ryan – vanilla again, sweet
