This is the second of the Irish Whiskies we bought for St Paddy’s day, delayed by scheduling conflicts with The Dan. But this weekend we managed to get together and get a bunch of tastings done, as well as tossing around some video blog ideas.
This is a Pot Still blend, I believe.
Neat: The Dan – less alcohol in smell, truly enjoy neat experience. subtle flavours. Me – Very smooth, no aftertaste & sweet.
With ice: opens up the flavour somewhat but is essentially the same.
With a splash: floral & mellow citrus notes.
