Round 2! Bushmills Black Bush

One of the stars of a recent tasting, I thought it might be a good idea to take a quick second review of this longtime favourite: Bushmills Black Bush.

We’re Bushmills fans, and specifically Black Bush, which we tried for the first time five years ago last week. So it seems like the timing is good as well. Here’s what I thought:

nose – apple sauce, pine, rose

neat – apple jack, dry, clean

finish – tongue burn lingers, as does chest warmth

splash – spicy apple cider
