Just a quick post to pimp these upcoming reviews from The English Whisky Co: Chapter 6, a 3y single malt, Chapter 9, a 3y peated single malt, and Chapter 10, a 3y sherry casked single malt. None of these are chill-filtered, but I did fly them home from Alberta. A close check shows no clouding, whew. Although technically, clouding shouldn’t change the taste.
This was a great find at Jasper Park Liquor. Check it out if you’re in the mountains.
